Project Management

a- Guiding and/or providing project support to the investor’s project team (architectural, interior design, design and engineering teams) to create a plan that is consistent with the defined concept and supports operational efficiency.

b- Defining specifications and preparing lists for furniture, fixed assets and equipment, and operational materials; providing interior design support.

c- Ensuring that the project is developed in accordance with the brand/operator’s design criteria.

Our most important contribution to the project management process is to ensure that the project is developed to international standards in a way that will ensure the operational efficiency of the hotel, by incorporating our experience in international hotel operations into the planning process.

Our services related to Project Management:

  • Design Guidance and/or preparation of design manuals
  • Supporting the investor in selecting the architectural firm, interior design group and project consultants
  • Ensuring coordination between the hotel Management Company, project team, architectural group, interior design group and consultants
  • Operational evaluation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure
  • Fire, Property and Life Safety assessment
  • Information Technology Management; managing low-voltage projects. • Providing management consultancy for fixed assets and equipment required for use in the hotel
  • Preparing the operational materials and equipment list
  • Supporting the investor’s purchasing team in cost management.
