In the subsequent process, it conducts negotiations with hotel brands and sub-brands; it supports the investor in signing the letter of intent and the hotel management or naming rights agreement under the most favorable terms possible. • Hotel brand search (Analysis of alternatives and creation of a shortlist)
- Management of the negotiation process for determining commercial terms (Letter of Intent)
- Determination of final terms (Negotiation and successful signing of the Hotel Management Agreement together with the investor’s legal advisor.)
